Super views from the 42nd floor. Gets better as the night draws in and the city lights come on. Location is very convenient being right next to the train station and close to lots of eateries.
Staff were polite and helpful but just that, would’ve liked a bit more friendliness. They knew it was our anniversary but not one congratulated us.
Overall we love this hotel especially with its music theme evident throughout, eg the elevator decorations and the piano keys on the floor. Very arty and will definitely come back again one day ????????????

Stayed here for a quick business trip and it was a great choice. The location is the biggest plus—it's directly connected to JR Hamamatsu Station, so getting to my meetings was super easy, even with luggage.
The room was quiet, clean, and had a decent desk to get some work done. Being in the tallest building in the city, the view from my room was a great bonus to unwind after a long day. The Wi-Fi was fast and stable, which is a must for me.
The staff were efficient and professional, making check-in and check-out very smooth. If you’re coming to Hamamatsu for work, this is probably the most convenient place to stay.

離JR車站5-7分鐘的路程。JR車站旁有百貨公司，taxi乘車站，巴士站。吃的交通的都很方便。飯店服務人員親切。最高有44樓。45樓有觀望臺(有收費)。 早餐也很豐富很多選擇。

停車場的位置找了一下，標示不是非常清楚（地下室為收費停車場）。
上樓後也稍微找了一下飯店的入口處??
不過飯店內有音樂博物館可以逛逛，很加分；電梯內的壁紙是音符設計，房間浴室的磁磚也有音符團案，細節可愛又有特色：）
入住的樓層較高，白天感覺視野遼闊，晚上的夜景很美?
有住宿需求的話，可以直接考慮這里
房間空間很大，住起來視野好，也非常舒適。

濱松最高級的飯店，位置在車站附近，設備雖然感覺有點老舊但非常乾凈！這次住宿在40樓，早看出去的view真的遼闊

房間非常乾凈，酒店是這個城市最高的建筑，一邊的房間可以看海，另一邊可以看古老的城堡。早餐豐富，有日式和西式的，還有白粥！

駅直結で利便性も良く、何より部屋からの景色が絶景でした。
お部屋も綺麗で遮るものが何もないので、ずっと窓から景色を眺めていているだけでも寛げました。
ただ、部屋の空調がほぼ効かず…どんなに溫度を下げても変わらず、風量をMAXにしても微風しか出ず、ずっと室內が暑かった…部屋によるのかもしれません、同じコメントを見つけたので確認した方が良さそう、、
朝食も浜松の地の物を色々食べられて、種類も多く、どれも美味しかったです。
また泊まりたいホテル。

還挺好的，濱松是個小城市，應該是濱松最好的酒店了，離三方原的遺址蠻近的
前臺的大叔姓武田，感覺好巧，正好剛剛去了武田神社
從天井往下看和上樓的觀景臺都有不錯的景色
